HOW YOUR ROLE FITS INTO BOLDT:The Real Estate Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making through in-depth capital markets research, financial analysis, and comprehensive evaluations of potential real estate investments and portfolio strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds. The working conditions of this position require the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,900 - $105,966 per year. This range represents what The Boldt Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to: candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, alignment with market data and internal equity as well as other business and organizational needs. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work at our Milwaukee, WI office. If the incumbent works out of a different location, the anticipated salary range is subject to change.
