Town House Restaurant - Immediate Host Needed

As a Host, you will manage take-out transactions, accept various forms of payments, and provide top-notch customer service. Main responsibilities of a host:

• Greeting customers warmly
• Managing transactions using a cash register
• Accepting various forms of payment
• Providing change, receipts, and other loyalty services
• Resolving customer complaints effectively
• Bagging purchased items for safe transport
• Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate

Host Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
