As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both English and Navajo-speaking customers. • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.

• Maintain thorough and accurate customer records.

• Fluency in both English and Navajo (spoken and written).
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
