About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for HVACR Channel Sales in the US. The successful candidate will be a seasoned industry influencer with a proven track record in channel management and team leadership. This role is pivotal in driving sales through the HVACR channel, requiring the development and implementation of national sales strategies that align with market models. The Vice President will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining market share, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders at the C-suite and ownership levels. Close collaboration with adjacent sales teams and other divisions is essential, as is a deep understanding of the HVACR industry, including current trends and the commercial bid process. Applicants for the Vice President - HVACR Channel Sales position at the company should have a technical degree (bachelor's preferred) and at least 10 years of leadership experience in a technical sales environment. Expertise in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and HVACR applications is a must, as is a strong background in business development within the HVACR industry. The role demands a candidate with excellent communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a proactive approach to motivating sales efforts. A strong educational background, experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred), and the willingness to travel up to 50% are also required.
