About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Global Enterprise Sales Engineering to lead its high-performing Sales Engineering organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the strategic vision, setting high standards for technical excellence, and scaling the team across regions to ensure exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a leader with a servant leadership mindset, who is customer-centric, data-driven, and results-oriented. The VP will be accountable for setting a long-term plan for the global ESE organization, establishing clear KPIs, and leading operational improvement initiatives. They must have a proven track record of leading global enterprise technical pre-sales teams in high-growth, B2B SaaS environments, and be adept at fostering a high-performance culture. Candidates for the VP role should have at least 10 years' of experience in a similar capacity, with a strong background in technical pre-sales, and a deep understanding of performance metrics and capacity planning. The role demands a hands-on leader with exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with executive stakeholders and leading teams through change management. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Experience in SaaS is essential, and knowledge of observability, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or security domains is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing strategic priorities with frontline realities and will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and innovation in the digital transformation space.
