Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: Act as a primary resource for diagnosing and resolving complex customer and internal issues related to TechNet platform usage and integration. Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to key commercial accounts during TechNet onboarding and implementation, helping maximize adoption and satisfaction. Feedback & Collaboration: Gather and relay customer feedback to product and support teams to inform continuous improvement of TechNet offerings.
