About the Role:
The Swim Team Coach position is designed to foster a competitive and supportive environment for swimmers of all skill levels. The primary goal is to enhance the performance and skills of team members through structured training sessions and competitions. This role involves not only coaching athletes but also mentoring them to develop discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The Swim Team leader will collaborate with parents, other coaches, and local organizations to promote the team's visibility and success. Ultimately, this position aims to cultivate a love for swimming while achieving excellence in competitions.
