Job Description
For over 25 years, Signarama Santa Rosa has delivered custom, high-quality signage using the latest technology and fabrication techniques in Sonoma County. Now we're expanding our large, bid-based construction project business with an additional BD/PM role.
What You’ll Do:
Build strong relationships with general contractors in the construction space.
Identify bid opportunities via platforms like Construct Connect and prepare competitive estimates.
Interpret blueprints to call out Signage (CSI Section 10 14 00) needs.
Work closely with Operations on insurance, permitting, contracts (including prevailing wage considerations).
Coordinate with vendors for pricing and deliverables.
Manage project timelines using Gantt charts.
Oversee quality control for signage products and installation methods.
Visit job sites to ensure successful installations.
Follow up with customers after job completion
You Bring:
Sales or business development experience—preferably in construction or building sectors
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Experience with bid platforms
Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and follow-through

Salary: $52,000 - 60,000/year
5% Commission on Closed sales (paid in full) per month*
*Typical commission results: $1,500 - $2,500/monthly
*High performers results: $3,000 +
