Job Details

This Pre-Construction Manager role is vital to our continued expansion in Commercial Construction, ensuring we continue to deliver top-tier projects. We look for individuals who demonstrate efficiency, pride in their work, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in commercial construction of all types
• Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W)
• Extensive knowledge of industry practices and products
• Client relationship management experience
