We are seeking an entrepreneurial Partner to join Zack Financial and play a role in expanding the firm. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional with a proven track record in private equity, corporate finance, or accounting leadership who is looking to grow a practice.

As a Partner, you will be instrumental in shaping client strategy, managing engagements, and driving business development efforts. You will have the opportunity to participate in the economics of the firm and help build a platform focused on long-term value creation for clients .

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across private equity, investment funds, and operating companies.
• Lead projects in fund setup, financial reporting, transaction structuring, and system implementation .
• Provide CFO-level advisory on capital raising, portfolio monitoring, and investor relations.
• Manage client relationships and oversee teams delivering accounting, finance, and consulting services.
• Drive new business by expanding existing relationships and developing new client opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth initiatives of Zack Financial.
  

• CPA, CFA, or MBA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting, private equity, fund administration, or corporate finance .
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, GAAP/IFRS compliance, and fund economics .
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a practice.
• Existing client relationships or network within private equity, venture capital, or high-growth businesses a plus.
