We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven **Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and business goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote company services.
• Coordinate and track marketing activities, including print materials, events, and advertising.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor marketing performance and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and campaign timelines.
• Support the preparation and execution of property-related events and trade shows.

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
