A leading global retail organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives within its loyalty programs. This role requires a highly organized professional who can coordinate resources, manage timelines, and drive alignment across stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. If you excel at balancing multiple priorities, communicating effectively, and keeping projects on track from start to finish, this could be an excellent fit.

Pay: $50-61/hr

Duration: 6 months

Location: Onsite in San Francisco, remote possible for the right candidate

Loyalty Project Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Define project scope in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop, update, and adjust project schedules as needed.
• Track project progress, report on overall health, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage stakeholder communications, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Oversee project assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Who You Are:

• At least 5–7+ years’ experience as a project manager, preferably in e-commerce or digital retail.
• Skilled in managing multiple priorities and balancing diverse tasks.
• Strong project and process management capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and remains calm under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with project management software tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
