Job Title:  Customer Service Representative – Automotive Recall Support

Location : On-site in Chino, CA

Job Type: Full-time | Temporary

Pay : $20.00 – $20.50/hour

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused  Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting automotive recall services. In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls, assist with scheduling appointments, and provide accurate information regarding recalls, warranties, and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30–40 inbound calls per shift in a fast-paced call center environment
• Schedule appointments for airbag recalls and provide dealership details
• Assist customers with warranty questions, radio code troubleshooting, and recall concerns
• Accurately document customer interactions and create cases
• Close cases or dispatch to appropriate departments for further support
• Collaborate with team members for feedback and continuous improvement
• Use multiple screens and software tools to assist customers efficiently
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Strong customer service and call center experience
• Computer navigation skills
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM
• Availability Monday–Friday between 6:00 AM–5:00 PM (varied shifts)
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred:

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Automotive or dealership experience
• Previous outbound call experience

Experience Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50/hr.
