You'll drive our go-to-market strategy, build relationships with key decision-makers in the lending industry, and communicate the transformative value of our AI-powered loan servicing platform to prospects and clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies targeting mid-market lenders Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities Navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams Provide market feedback to help shape product roadmap Represent Salient at industry events and conferences Requirements 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in fintech or financial services Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota Experience selling technical solutions to financial institutions Strong understanding of lending operations and compliance Excellence in consultative selling and relationship building Outstanding communication and presentation skills Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Self-motivated with a desire to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Ability to work 4 days a week from our San Francisco office and travel to clients on an as needed basis (open to candidates willing to relocate) As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation which includes 4 days per week in our San Francisco Office.
