Finance Manager (Salary Range: Up to $140,000 + 510% Bonus)

This position will oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and offers a unique blend of project leadership and long-term growth within the finance department.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business goals and managing scope, timeline, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to define project scope, deliverables, and strategic outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and ensure timely and quality delivery across phases.
• Manage project documentation and maintain transparency with all business units.
• Provide leadership and support to internal project teams, fostering alignment and cohesion.
• Act as the key liaison between the finance department and technical teams, helping bridge business and system requirements.
• Become a subject matter expert in SAP FICO, supporting end-users and driving continuous process improvements.
• Train and support local end-users and act as first-line support during and after implementation.
• Conduct project closure processes, including evaluation and capturing lessons learned for future initiatives.
• Stay current on SAP best practices and leverage them to enhance project outcomes and system effectiveness.

Client Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in project management or ERP-related roles, ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP or PMP certification is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex systems projects and interact with multiple departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
