Impact Hair Design, an established and busy salon in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, is seeking one or two experienced and talented Hairstylists to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our clients and are looking for individuals who are passionate about hair and dedicated to their craft.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hairstyling services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, to a diverse clientele.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to salon sanitation standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive and memorable salon experience.
• Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques.
• Contribute positively to a team-oriented and collaborative salon atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Hairstylist in a professional salon setting.
• Valid cosmetology license/certification (or equivalent for Alberta).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute consistently to our salon in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, especially during winter months.
• A strong portfolio or social media presence showcasing your work is a plus.

Full-time or Part-time positions available.
