About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Industry Advisory Lead for the Consumer Retail sector within the Payments division. This executive director role is a senior global leadership position focused on driving the organization's growth, differentiation, and competitive edge in the global payments business. The successful candidate will be the central partner to the Global Industry Sales head, responsible for bringing strategic advice, thought leadership, and deep sector expertise to support client, industry, and treasury-related opportunities. Key responsibilities include owning and leading the global industry advisory strategy, building a global network of client opportunities, and maximizing the commercialization of the company's capabilities through engagement with strategic clients. Applicants must have extensive experience in product, strategy, or sales management, with a strong knowledge of the consumer retail sector. The role requires a background in treasury, business, client solution advisory, or consulting, and the ability to understand and articulate client needs, treasury implications, and relevant industry trends. Strong communication, networking, and collaboration skills are essential, as are an execution mindset and the ability to work across global time zones. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from a reputable institution and the ability to develop thought leadership strategies and execute them with urgency and energy. Experience in the consumer retail industry with established connections is a plus.
