This role reports directly to the CEO and operates as a one-person team taking product messaging, sales enablement, and technical assets from 0 to 1. The role requires a deep understanding of data infrastructure, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for enterprise and mid-market customers. Responsibilities Product Positioning & Messaging: Own and refine Nexus Cognitive’s value proposition, ensuring clarity and consistency across all assets. Technical Storytelling: Translate complex AI and data solutions into customer-centric narratives. Sales Enablement: Develop enterprise and mid-market sales materials (decks, battle cards, competitive intelligence, product FAQs). Product Documentation: Create clear and engaging technical documentation to help customers and sales teams understand our platform. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, track industry trends, and ensure messaging is differentiated. Customer & Partner Enablement: Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering to ensure seamless communication of our solutions. Qualifications 7+ years of product marketing in enterprise software, with a preference for AI, data infrastructure, or cloud platforms. Strong knowledge of open-source technologies, enterprise software applications, SaaS, databases, and cloud computing; ability to articulate complex concepts. Experience at Palantir, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar tech-first organizations is highly preferred. Strong technical acumen across data, cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise infrastructure. Proven history of building and scaling 0 to 1 global channel programs. Ability to work independently without direction (foundational hire). Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment; experience with enterprise customers and technical sales teams. Nice to have: experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution architecture; hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure.
