Culinary Assistant – Serve Up Smiles and Nutrition at Elmore Assisted Living

Position: Culinary Assistant
Location: Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN
Schedule: Weekdays 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM | Every Other Weekend + 1 Holiday
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour + Weekend Shift Differential (+$1.00/hour)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring meals are nutritious, appealing, and served on time.
  
• Monitor residents’ dietary needs and report any concerns, such as changes in appetite or difficulty swallowing.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to all safety regulations.
  
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
  

What You Bring to the Role

• A high school diploma/GED or equivalent experience in food service or preparation.
  
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and adhering to sanitation regulations.
  
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of aging adults.
  
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing your responsibilities independently.
