We offer a full Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience for each of our provider partners. We also offer administrative support in other various aspects of practice management. We're looking for a qualified person to join our team that feels like another part of the family!Position SummaryThe Data Entry Clerk will serve as claims liaison and assist with data related functions related to the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Process. This role is responsible for claim entry, EHR system navigation, claims submission, and general administrative duties in support of the billing coordinators. The position requires professionalism, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain knowledge of each EHR system (web-based)Add new clients and understand claim entry processMonitor and respond to the organizational email accountPrint, mail, and prepare claimsSupport other members of the organizationMinimum QualificationsU.S. Citizenship and ability to pass background High school diploma or equivalentAdministrative, reception, or customer service experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn and use web-based platformsPreferred QualificationsClaims or Revenue Cycle Management understandingCompensation & BenefitsThis position is a part-time 10 hour position to start with the opportunity to grow as need demands.No benefits for part time other than those required by state law.
