COVERAGE DATES

• Starting August 4, 2025
• Ongoing coverage with a minimum of 5 shifts per month
• Full-time availability up to 14 shifts/month
• Preference for candidates willing to work Mon–Fri 8s or 10s

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered
- Lodging cap: 150/night (no incidentals, preferred hotel list available)
- Airfare: Economy class, 1 checked bag, no upgrades
- Mileage: Reimbursed per IRS mileage rates
- Rental Car:
‣ April–November: Mid-size car, 50/day cap
‣ December–March: Mid-size 4WD SUV, 75/day cap (with prior approval)

• Lines, epidurals, and spinals (if experienced)
• Airway management and code response (overnight CRNAs)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Pennsylvania license (active preferred, will consider candidates obtaining one)
• Board: Board Certified
• DEA: Not required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPR
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Other Qualifications: Ability to work collaboratively in a high-volume setting

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide anesthesia care under medical direction in a high-volume OR environment
• Work collaboratively with anesthesia team, including physicians and other CRNAs
• Manage a broad range of surgical cases across multiple subspecialties
• Perform procedures (e.g., lines, epidurals, spinals) as trained
• Participate in hospital-wide code responses and airway management (if overnight)
• Adhere to best practices in anesthesia care and safety
