Job Title - Paralegal II

Duration - 6+ Months with possibilities of extension

Location - Austin, TX / Denver, Colorado, Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Rate - $32.00-$37.00 (Negotiable) on W2

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys and team leads to provide paralegal support on a wide array of complex contracting issues.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and budgets within guidelines provided by attorneys and clients.
• Proactively follow up with clients, attorneys and external parties from the time the contracting request is received through resolution/execution to ensure shortest cycle times.
• Escalate contracting delays and issues to team leads or attorneys as appropriate.
• Prioritize and follow through on a high volume of client requests.
• Resolve client requests in a professional and timely manner, escalating as necessary.
• Understand and comply with all relevant procedures and policies.
