Position Summary:This is a 10-week, paid internship that must be received for college credit through your university or academic program.This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, creative, and passionate about delivering excellent client experiences. Youll gain hands-on experience building a customer journey from scratch, managing digital marketing strategy, and supporting the sales pipeline through smart communication and lead generation.What Youll Do:Customer Experience Strategy:Develop a strategic communication roadmap from contract intake to project closeoutBuild out client touchpoints, timelines, and tools for both maintenance and enhancement clientsCreate a Property Inspection Form and other service documentationDesign a Client Onboarding Packet that includes:A calendar of scheduled servicesClient expectations and communication guidelinesKey contacts and FAQsSocial Media & Digital Marketing:Manage Greene Thumbs social media content calendar (primarily Facebook and Instagram)Create and schedule posts that showcase our work, educate clients, and tell our brand storyDesign on-brand graphics using Photoshop, Canva, or equivalentTrack engagement, generate leads through content, and recommend optimizationsSales Support & Communication: Assist with CRM (LMN) updates, lead follow-ups, and client communication templatesSupport the intake and sales process through strong digital communicationHelp systematize the customer journey to ensure consistent, excellent experiencesProject Ownership & Reporting:Own your work end-to-end with weekly check-ins for accountability and feedbackTrack marketing performance, client response, and internal adoption of new systemsSuggest and implement improvements to our processes and contentThis Role Is For You If You Are: A self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and follows through A clear communicator who can write, design, and organize with excellence A problem-solver who loves finding better ways to do things Organized, reliable, and committed to growtheven when things get tough Excited about contributing to a fast-paced, mission-driven, small businessRequired Qualifications: Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field Experience with design software (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar) Social media content creation and scheduling experience (class or work-based) Excellent writing, editing, and organization skills Strong work ethic, time management, and ability to work independently Experience with CRMs or digital marketing tools is a plus Portfolio of past work (class projects or previous work) is highly recommended with applicationOur Core Values:At Greene Thumb, we lead with Integrity, operate with Excellence, prioritize Safety, and invest in Development.
