Triton Realty Group is looking for a dedicated and disciplined individual to join our team as Commercial Real Estate Analyst. • Work directly with partners and senior brokers, gaining hands-on experience with investment and clients.
• Play a critical role in all stages of a transaction, from initial research to client closing.

What You’ll Be Doing :

(1) Financial Analysis & Underwriting

• Utilizing financial models for multi-family investment, mixed-use and ground up development opportunities.
• Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and pro formas across Chicago and suburban assets.

(2) Market Research & Intelligence

• Evaluate demographic trends, rent/sales comps, supply pipelines, and capital markets activity.
• Provide actionable insights that influence client strategies and investment decisions.

(3) Marketing & Deal Presentation

• Assist in creating pitch decks, offering memoranda, and marketing content.
• Collaborate on the storytelling and presentation of Triton’s exclusive listings.

(4) Transaction Management Support

• Coordinate due diligence efforts, investor Q&A, and assist in the closing process.
• Liaise with attorneys, lenders, and title companies to keep transactions moving forward.

(5) Client & Broker Support

• Support senior brokers with property tours, investor communications, and proposal preparation.
• Help foster long-term relationships with clients.

(6) Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate databases, CRMs, and internal trackers.
• Prepare market trend summaries, pipeline updates, and investor reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree or higher will consider other non-degree applicants based on work experience.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and computer skills.
• A strong desire to pursue a career in investment real estate.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A team player with a high degree of personal excellence and integrity.
• Comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office and Google products. Experience with Salesforce or other real estate software is a plus.
• Reliable commute to our newly built out Chicago office at 5301 N. Damen.

Compensation:  Compensation is commensurate with experience with performance-based bonuses.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
