Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of truck driving, including but not limited to, operating manual transmission vehicles. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles for the delivery of freight.
• Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
• Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while maintaining accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the truck to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules, route changes, or any issues encountered during transit.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle at all times.

Skills

• Proficient in driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience with refrigerated trailers, flatbed trucks, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks is highly desirable.
• Strong background in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
• Familiarity with delivery driver experience and route driving best practices.
• Ability to operate forklifts for loading and unloading purposes.
• Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
