About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and play a pivotal role in the efficient operation and scaling of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-priority initiatives, streamlining cross-functional execution, and ensuring alignment between the company's headquarters and its portfolio of software businesses. This highly visible position demands a blend of strategy, execution, and leadership, with a focus on shaping the growth of both the company and its diverse portfolio. Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO, leading and supporting strategic initiatives, and representing the CEO in various capacities. The role also involves cross-functional leadership, portfolio oversight, and a strong emphasis on communications and stakeholder engagement. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in management consulting, investment, corporate development, or operational leadership within high-growth software or M&A environments. The role requires strong strategic and operational execution skills, fluency across functions such as finance, operations, legal, and talent, and exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving complex projects, be adept at problem-solving, and possess a high level of discretion and judgment.
