About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's strategic and operational priorities. The successful candidate will work closely with the cofounders to ensure the company's highest-leverage initiatives are executed effectively. This includes exploring and managing strategic partnership opportunities, creating key external communications, and leading cross-functional projects to maintain alignment and accountability. The role demands a highly organized, adaptable individual with a strong background in life sciences, consulting, strategy, or operations, particularly within high-growth startups or innovative biotech/tech companies. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for market research, competitive analysis, and the development of company-level goals and metrics. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant field and a deep understanding of the biotech and/or pharmaceutical ecosystem. The role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to craft executive and investor-level materials. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, a collaborative leader, and possess an entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven track record of taking initiative and ownership. As the company scales, the Chief of Staff will be instrumental in shaping internal processes, communication, and culture to support the organization's growth.
