About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving the strategic and operational initiatives of the brand. This individual will be an extension of the CEO, responsible for maintaining the company's vibrant, productive culture through a strong focus on structure, people, and framework thinking. The successful candidate will be a trusted thought partner, managing the CEO's priorities, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison for important business updates, leading special projects, and owning internal company processes. The Chief of Staff will also be instrumental in goal setting, cross-functional leadership, and milestone management, as well as overseeing the hiring process and performance management cycles to uphold the company's values and standards. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have extensive experience in consulting, operations, strategy, and/or people management, with a preference for those with a background in startup and consumer goods environments. The role requires a high EQ, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
