Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed CPA with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent client communication skills, and a solutions-focused mindset. This is a full-time position with flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements

• Manage tax preparation and compliance for individuals and businesses

• Provide expert tax strategy and consulting

• Handle bookkeeping and write-up work

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Collaborate with financial advisors to align investment and tax strategies for clients

• Maintain organized, accurate financial records for multiple clients

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license

• BS in Accounting (minimum requirement)

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience

• Proficiency in tax software as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and tax law

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities
