As a Business Development and Customer Success Associate, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current customers. Your role is to support enrollment growth, deliver exceptional service/experience, and represent British Swim Schools values with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer phone calls, respond to emails and online chats
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and class adjustments. Prioritize as needed
- Process enrollments, payments, and schedule changes
- Make outbound calls to self-generated and acquired leads
- Maintain accurate call records by documenting all call details in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Business Development - working with community partners (daycares, preschools, etc.)
- Represent British Swim School during local outreach and marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Track and report lead follow-ups and enrollment conversions
- Attend staff meetings and stay informed about local promotions and events
- Creating and maintaining Swim Instructors schedule on a weekly basis
Skills and Abilities: - Positive, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales abilities
- Comfortable with multitasking and technology (phone systems, CRM, etc.)
- Reliable, organized, and committed to following procedures
- Completion of required training (CRM, online training modules, etc.)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) skills preferred.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience - 1 year (preferred)
Job Type: Part-time (Day shift)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours of work: 16 25 per week. Five days a week including weekends
Hybrid Work : On-site during weekdays and remote during weekends.
Ability to commute to work location: NW Portland, OR 97229
