Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions. Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization. Preferred Qualifications: Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus.
