Barback Position At Parkwest Bicycle Casino

Parkwest Bicycle Casino is looking for a Barback. As a Barback you will assist with stocks, cleans and maintains beverage stations. You will also have the opportunity to assist Bartenders by performing the following duties and responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities

1. Main responsibilities include stocking all bars for supplies prior to the start of each shift.
2. Responsible for helping the Bartender taking inventory at the beginning and ending of the shift.
3. Must be allowed to provide breaks to Bartenders. Assists Bartenders and wait staff as needed.
4. Checks all orders received from the Storeroom for accuracy and quality and places orders in storage.
5. Responsible for checking all liquor bottles for broken seals or other defects.
6. Assists in keeping the bar clean to prevent fruit fly activity or other insects.
7. Provides courteous customer service to team members and customers.
8. Maintains a clean, well-stocked work area at all times.
9. Maintain facilities and equipment in compliance with safe work practices.
10. Perform all tasks in a safe manner in consideration of the well-being of others and which results in a positive customer experience.
11. Ensure the security of customers' property at all times.
12. Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast paced environment with numerous distractions.
13. May be dual-rated to work in other areas when needed.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• One (1) month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check, and drug test.
• This position requires active CALIFORNIA FOOD HANDLERS Certification and/or Card.
• This position requires active RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification.
• Open availability to work any shift; Day, Swing or Graveyard.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.

Salary

USD $16.50/Hr.
