Attorney

Family Law Attorney: 

Location / Work Environment: Delray Beach, FL / Hybrid schedule 

Compensation: $110k - $150k base salary + full benefits 

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Family Law and a passion for advocating for clients' rights. This role involves providing legal advice, representing clients in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on family law matters including divorce, child custody, and adoption cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations.
• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case activities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives in legal matters.
• Prepare and deliver effective legal arguments during trials and hearings.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law, with a demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes and trial preparation.
• Excellent negotiation and legal writing skills.
• Familiarity with case management systems and compliance requirements.
• Experience in additional areas such as Criminal Law, Civil Law, Intellectual Property, or Corporate Law is a plus.
