HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Be responsible for the assembly and molding processes within the business with a focus on safety, quality, operational efficiency, delivery, and all supporting processes while working under the leadership of the plant manager.
• Motivate, train, and supervise the plant's workforce.
• Deploy plant processes and systems to ensure world class manufacturing processes are achieved.
• Partner with the continuous improvement engineer to implement CI methodologies and tools that have a positive impact on the organization and drive improvements and accountability.
• Manage plant assets associated with improving cost, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Communicate well at all levels within the organization.

• Five or more years of direct experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
• Earned a BA/BS degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
• Have strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Be detail oriented and very hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
